The journey behind Dolmaa

Homayoon Holding was established in Turkey on 24-05-2019 under company registration number 194091-5.

The first mission was to reduce unnecessary intermediaries in e-commerce. That vision led to HH Market, which officially began operating in 2021 and introduced a more direct connection between buyers and suppliers.

Building on the strength and value of Turkish apparel, Alishpazar was launched for the clothing sector. The platform helped shorten the distance between customers and trusted suppliers.

In 2022, strict tax regulations in Turkey led to the suspension of the company and its platforms. On 27/06/2023, Dolmaa was founded in Armenia under company registration number 286.110.1326536, focusing on tourism, leisure, and leading service providers. Although the Armenian phase did not reach the expected scale, it became an important foundation for the platform.

On 08-07-2024, Beautiful World Investment Company was officially registered in Oman with commercial registration number 1561071 and license number LIC3287580. With the team’s experience and the required approvals in place, Dolmaa was relaunched with a stronger and more complete structure.
